THE NORTH

The wavy plains of the inland stretch quite far to the north from Cynibre river, then suddenly recede The Rocks which cut Éllad from west to east, from the sea to The Dankrad Mountain. Thus The Rocks form the north boundary of the Land of Éllad. The forests are not missing here, but they are not as large as those in the inland, not to mention The Wood. Open spaces predominate. The clima is rougher, recalls the foothills of the Czech mountains. There are not many supernatural beings living here compared with e.g. south of the land, but if they are here, they are more dangerous. There is a herd of  horse skeletons  in one of the northern plains. These skeletons kill live horses changing them into skeletons and that way they expand their range.

In ancient ages this region belonged to Aurixian and Lyugian tribes.
